  A great end to a fabulous holiday

  Liked: Carmelo the host couldn't have been more kind or helpful. He took us to a free parking area and drove us back to the apartment and gave us a recommendation to a fantastic restaurant. He then arranged for our horribly early trip to the airport. The accommodations were spectacular and excellent value. The area was very nice and we had no concerns whatsoever.

  Nice room, responsive host, definitely recommend

  Liked: Carmelo, the property manager, made the check-in process easy. His communication was great. He also helped us to arrange car transfers to return our rental car at the airport and to go back to the airport very early the next morning for our flight. Everything was seamless. It’s too bad we only stayed there for one night and didn’t get to enjoy the room too much, since we wanted to explore Brindisi a bit. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. No complaints at all, would definitely stay again. The location was great for exploring the town.

  Disliked: Maybe the only thing was that there was some street noise since it was a Friday night. But that’s often a consideration when staying at a very central location.

  Carmelo is the most wonderful young man in Brindisi!!

  Liked: Wonderfully clean, very well appointed and fabulous location. Carmelo is an absolute gem!! He manages all the properties. And when everything went wrong at Heathrow last week and I was stuck in Brindisi airport with no place to stay, this guy came out to pick me up from the airport at 4am. He made me feel safe and got me somewhere to sleep. He helped so many people over that period of time, I don’t think he slept at all!! The property itself is just perfect, lovely jacuzzi, strong shower, comfy beds and so wonderfully clean. But Carmelo is an Angel!! I’ll definitely be staying here again!!

  Outstanding hospitality just steps from the Duomo of Brindisi

  Liked: I stayed at Poesia for one night during a business trip to Brindisi. The property is conveniently located in a quiet side alley in the heart of the city’s historic centre, just a few steps from the Duomo, the seafront promenade, and the main attractions. Carmelo is a perfect example of Italian hospitality: friendly and genuinely caring. The room was spacious and equipped with every comfort, including a strong A/C system, very comfortable bed and a walk-in waterfall shower. For couples, the room also features an en-suite jacuzzi. Remote check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, with excellent communication from the host throughout.

  Disliked: The room seems to be designed with couples in mind, with an intimate atmosphere and décor. The lighting is therefore slightly dim. The interior room door uses an old-style "antique" key, which may matter to guests who are particularly attentive to security; however, the property has reinforced doors both at the main entrance and at the floor entrance.
