  Great location, easy communication and comfortable accommodation

  Liked: The location is fantastic, very easy to get around the city and to and from the station on foot. Francesca is really easy to communicate with, friendly and available for whatever we needed. The air conditioning worked really well.

  Liked: The location was very convenient, very near to the railway station. The apartment was nice, and the host was very friendly. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and was available to help us throughout our entire stay.

  Disliked: The breakfast cannot really be considered breakfast, as it only consists of a croissant and a coffee. Poor breakfast.

  Great stay! I would recommend to close friends or couples

  Liked: Breakfast - voucher in nearby caffe was a great option!

  Disliked: It was quite dark especially when it rained. There was no place to dry clothes/shoes. It would be nice if there could be a coffee machine but coffee in the caffeteria was great!

  The stay did not meet expectations due to cleanliness and safety issues

  Liked: Location was convenient and the host was polite during check-in.

  Disliked: The apartment did not meet the advertised “Deluxe” standard at all. It was not properly cleaned (mold in the shower, dirty dishes and cutlery with food residue, and hair from previous guests), and there were clear signs of poor maintenance, including damaged furniture and moisture stains on the walls. The overall condition was far below acceptable hygiene standards. There were also safety concerns, as the handrail on the stairs was unstable, which is particularly problematic when traveling with a child. Additionally, the duplex layout with stairs was not clearly presented in the listing, which we found misleading. The host offered an alternative apartment, but it did not include a kitchen, making it unsuitable for our needs. Communication was difficult, and discussions regarding the reported issues became tense and did not lead to a fair resolution. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and not in line with what was advertised. I would definitely not recommend this property.
