  Liked: We stayed for one night and we enjoyed it. Was very nice to feel a little bit of old rich Italian style, something different.

  Disliked: We really missed a kettle and cups for early morning coffee as we have habit to drink coffee in the bed. As somebody mentioned already, water pressure is very low, but we still were able to use shower.

  Great location. Great place and Regina was a delight to deal with

  Liked: We were in Brindisi for one day prior to a flight. We were able to get in early to leave bags etc. The suite was great. Loved the antique feel of the place, the paintings and the most amazing bath. Regina also pointed us to a nearby restaurant for dinner which was also a great local find and organised our transport to the airport very early the next morning.

  Good central stopover

  Liked: Perfect for an overnight stay with onward rail travel as a few minutes walk from the train station and a bus ride from the ferry port. The old port and town are charming with many places to eat and drink. The check-in time of 11.00 is generous and allowed time to rest after travel. The breakfast was welcome especially the coffee machine. The decor and furniture are unique and the history of the house must be interesting. Spacious and well soundproofed. Patio for sitting.

  Disliked: The front door is netted but not the back door or windows so mosquitos came in unless we kept them shut. Strong smell of mould in the bathroom cupboards.

  Liked: The location was great, which we really appreciated. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The mattress was too soft for our comfort, and the toilet area felt quite cold as the heating wasn’t working. Unfortunately, the bath didn’t work properly either — in order to shower, we had to sit down in the tub and hold the shower head, which was quite inconvenient. I’m used to standing showers with a ceiling-mounted shower head, so this setup was not ideal. Additionally, the breakfast was very basic. There were no fruits or cereal provided, and we only had four pods of coffee available. A few more options would have made the experience more enjoyable.. Thanks
