  Great value Brindisi stay

Liked: The location was around 20 minutes from the train station and 25 minutes from the central part of town and the harbour. There is a Lidl supermarket less than ten minutes walk away.

Disliked: The neighbourhood has the tendency to be a little noisy outside sometimes, but the windows were effective at keeping out most of the house. I couldn't find an iron to use, but didn't ask the staff about this. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong.

  Excellent!

Liked: The guesthouse is amazing, perfectly clean and overall very nice, new spacious rooms with a nice bacony.

Disliked: We loved everything, only mind the location as it is about 20-30 mins on foot from the old town.

HORRIBLE customer service, avoid staying at all costs!

  Liked: Absolutely nothing!

Disliked: Horrible customer service, we booked a suite for 3 persons and an additional room for 1 person and they failed to provide the accommodation we PAID for. On top of that, they wanted to add an additional charge for the 3rd person staying in the room (which was already confirmed and paid for). We left and found accommodation elsewhere. After the entire incident we contacted Booking.com multiple times to receive a refund for the places we paid for that they couldn’t accommodate and they proceeded to refuse to refund us! After saying it was Booking.com fault that they are providing rooms on their website that they do not have, it’s insane how they are not refusing to refund for SAID rooms…
