Exceptional
A gorgeous hotel in the fascinating old quarter
Liked: This is a really beautiful small hotel. Recently renovated and very comfortable we loved our room. The breakfast was very good and substantial. The bathroom was great and the location is wonderful. So many restaurants within a ten to fifteen minute walk through the fascinating old quarter.
Disliked: There is plenty of lighting in the room and all of it nice but the only thing is, it's all on one switch! Very unusual.
Excellent value. Worth the steps. Fantastic crew. Delightful breakfast
Liked: Grand old building with lots of steps. Perfect for us in character and comfort. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was complete and beautifully presented by chef in the quaint community dining room. Definitely would stay again.
Great location and amazing aircon!
Liked: Gorgeous building, great air con and very friendly helpful staff
Disliked: Nothing!
Liked: Room was excellent, reception and kitchen staff are first class,
Liked: Nice modern hotel, helpful staff
Liked: Property is in the Castello neighbourhood- pretty convenient to reach everything you need to see
Disliked: Unfortunately staff made a huge mistake during our stay (they threw away home made food of our infant from our fridge) which was actually a very dramatic for us since we were travelling with infant and to be honest - I understand that mistakes happens, Marco apologised to me (and went throw a rubbish to find it..) where it wasn’t his fault but I never heard any apologies from lady who actually made this mistake - either it was a poor communication between reception and housekeeping or something else - im not sure as nobody ever explained to me what happened and what’s worse, nothing has been offered as a compensation - not even a genuine apologies.. so all in all this is just.a small property with nice but not well trained staff.. that’s why sometimes it’s just better to chose a higher ranked hotel to be sure staff knows how to react in difficult situation…
