  Stay longer — sacred stillness, seaside beauty & stunning views!

  Liked: This place is a hidden gem along the Italian coast. Tucked away in a lush garden filled with trees and crowned by a rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, it’s the perfect retreat to unplug and truly connect with your surroundings. The atmosphere exudes authentic seaside charm — from the scent of the lemon tree in the peaceful garden to the breathtaking views from above. A strong sense of privacy adds to the magic, making the experience feel intimate and serene. The host was exceptionally courteous, which made the stay all the more memorable. Extra tip: I highly recommend staying for at least two nights to truly enjoy the rooftop, garden, and relaxing atmosphere. One night just isn’t enough!

  An exceptional experience to say the least!

  Liked: This property is absolutely perfect! From the olive trees surrounding the property, to the million dollar view from the upper terrace, this stay did not disappoint. And it only gets better.. The property owner Walter is a true professional host. Walter set us up with amazing sangria and quick food bites to begin with. Walter also prepared traditional pesto with us on the roof top and paired with local wines. The pièce de résistance was the incredible dinner menu and wine paring Walter prepared for us and served on the private terrace watching the sun set over the Mediterranean sea. I honestly can’t say enough about the experience Walter has cultivated at his property. Wow, just wow. This property and its host are a 10/10!! Do yourself a favor and book!!!!!   Deliciuos food with the perfect view!

  Liked: The view, the host, food. Walter is an example what host should be! He love his country, site and knows all the best products and places. His recommendations were approved 100%! Trust him about the food and drinks! It was delicious! We still remember the taste of the pesto!

  unique stay

  Liked: We stayed to celebrate our anniversary, there were everything provided we needed. The jacuzzi in the garden is perfect to relax, there is a rooftop terrace to sunbathe and chill. The bubble tent was a special type of accomodation we never tried before, it was comfortable and unique. Luckily we had the full moon just the night we booked. The sky was clear so we could watch the stars. Walter is a great host providing everything you need, we were lucky to enjoy a homemade pizza and sweets on spot. The view is amazing from the rooftop!
