Liked: The views were absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind. When we briefly lost sight of our son, the hotel staff all worked together, contacting one another to help find him. We were so grateful for their help.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi signal in the room was a little weak.

Liked: Our room was very well put together, the balcony was super spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the view every single morning and night from our Suite. The restaurant and bar had great options for food and drinks. We loved walking down to the beach from the steps. The shuttle to the Port and to the City Center was super convenient and the ride was always on time and safe.
It was an amazing experience
Liked: The staff was incredible! The car to fetch you at the ferry terminal was a top bonus! The breakfast buffet was incredible the staff was amazing and the access to the beach perfect! They have a van to bring you and pick you up from the city center. It was an amazing stay!!

Disliked: Restaurant manager and staff extremely rude. We booked Webster Hotel Restaurant for our one night in Capri, and unfortunately the service felt rushed for no reason. The restaurant wasn't even at 30% capacity - only the balcony area was full - yet our waiter hurried us to order and the mains were brought out while we were still eating our entrees. It telt like they were creating their own chaos. For a once-in-a-lifetime holiday, it was very disappointing.
