Beware!
Liked: The Condo was clean
Disliked: Beware.. it is not clear online when you book this condo that it’s a very small condo and they are renting out both of the bedrooms. So you are renting a 10x12 bedroom only. The pictures online are mostly of the “common space”. Shortly after we checked in, another couple came in… they were as surprised as we were that we were sharing the space. Then when we returned from dinner there were 3 more strangers in the condo. Incredible, we learned one of the people was the host. “Valentina” who we had not met as we did self check-in. She and her friends did not notify or ask to enter the space we had RENTED. So all those people had access to the space we rented. It was weird, uncomfortable, and not safe. Be aware that you have no privacy here, there is a surveillance camera over the TV, and people can come and go. It was expensive for a shared space $167.00 a night!
Liked: Comfortable, clean with substantial breakfast. Good location and host welcoming and responding quickly to our questions with excellent recommendations for eating out locally. Would recommend.

Liked: This property is a gem. Great location and amble parking for your visit to Castel Gandolfo or nearby Rome. The B&B is beautiful, spotless and the host really looks after the guests with lovely treats and breakfast. We’d a very comfortable stay even though it was only for one night. I would highly recommend this place. Try to get a table at the nearby restaurant Antico Ristorante Pagnanelli - delicous food with an amazing view of the lake. Their wine cellar museum is a must!

Liked: Very nice place. Comfortable, easy to find. Great parking. Quiet area. Great break selection. Valentina was very attentive and quick to respond.
Disliked: The sensor lights go on/off alot

Liked: Well equipped kitchenette, location close to public transport, quiet, clean
Disliked: Lack of outdoor sitting area - nice sunny courtyard but nowhere to sit.
Nice stay with great and plentiful breakfast
Liked: Lovely apartment 10 minutes walk from Castel Gandolfo. Breakfast was great - lots of variety and choice as well as snacks and the Prosecco was a really nice touch.
Disliked: This was our fault for not reading properly - but we did not know the living room and kitchen was a shared space with another room. We got lucky as 3 out of 4 nights the other room wasn't occupied, but good to be aware of if you like privacy, especially if you've opted for the separate bathroom!
