Exceptional
Really wonderful view of the lake
Liked: Overall, it was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. It is perhaps a nice 10 min. walk from the center of Castel Gandolfo with good local restaurants nearby. The host offered clear communication. I would gladly return, especially for the wonderful view of the lake from the balcony!
Disliked: The address was slightly difficult to find for the driver within the taxi app. But once I got out and checked Google Maps, it was no issue.
Liked: The balcony has a breathtaking view and the accommodation is located at a few minutes walking from the center.
This apartment is overpriced, small and needs some attention…. but has a nice view
Liked: The view was great.
Disliked: Broken coffee machine. Microwave and stovetop were not working. Broken corkscrew. Everything I seemed to need was not working. I contacted the property and they said I was lying and “dishonest.” There was loud construction on two mornings from the downstairs neighbor - VERY LOUD shaking the house at 8am. I asked to get a refund and the owner persuaded me to stay… which I politely obliged. But the longer I stayed, the more I realized how dirty the dishes in the cabinet were and how the appliances weren’t working. I hope the owner fixes these problems. It was extremely overpriced for what is was. AND there was a weird smell, which I eventually realized was mold coming from the shower.
We will be back - and will highly recommend to friends and family
Liked: Great location, breathtaking view, very well equipped and clean. The host is very helpful, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and let us to check-out late, for the evening flight back. Despite some previous reviews, it definitely has a good coffee machine and everything else you may need.

Liked: A dreamy place, perfect for relaxation and reconnection. We found each other again here as a couple, surrounded by a peaceful and romantic atmosphere. The apartment is fully equipped, very clean, and the balcony view over the lake is absolutely stunning. The sunset is simply magical. Great restaurants nearby, and the train station to Rome is just a few minutes away. Truly a special experience — highly recommended!🥰🇲🇩❤️
