  Liked: We booked an apartment for the night with advance payment. When we got there, we read a message that the apartment was not available. They asked us to cancel the reservation and then they would refund the money. We did that, but they still haven't refunded the money.

  Disliked: The main concern was the standard of hygiene. Specifically: *The duvets provided were visibly stained and dirty. It would be essential for hygiene and comfort if all duvets were covered with proper duvet covers as sleeping directly with visible marks is unpleasant and unsanitary. *The extra blanket placed in the room was also visibly dirty and felt unwashed. *There was no information readily available regarding the Wi-Fi password. We had to spend time contacting the host to get access (with no luck). *The warm water supply was inconsistent; I experienced a lack of hot water in one bathroom, and had to go to another part of the apartament to have a shower. These are minor issues, but they are absolutely crucial to ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for the next guests.

  Very nice apartment is the centre

  Liked: It is located in the city centre, just few steps from many restaurants. It is big and very comfortable. Contact with host is very good.

  Disliked: Few things in the apartment should be improved and few fixed.

  Super central location with night scene just outside the door, lovely refurbishment

  Liked: Lovely building, central location. Recently nicely refurbished

  Disliked: The hair dryer and bedside lamps weren’t working, and there wasn’t enough shower soap for the length of the stay
