Nice Place in Costa Am
Liked: We really enjoyed the location, it’s in the heart of the city and makes everything easily accessible. We got lucky with parking some days close to the apartment, others is about a 10 minute walk, but overall parking spots were available. Post gave us a lot of recommendations and there’s also a bottle of champagne in the fridge, which we enjoyed.
Disliked: The surcharge for cleaning, new towels, etc. was frustrating, especially on a longer stay. In addition, being asked to remove all garbage myself at checkout seemed unnecessary if someone was coming to clean the room.

Lovely people but the buidling needs some improving
Liked: The property itself was close to the beach and restaurants, only around a 5 min walk. It was also was clean and modern. Overall, the staff were very accommodating, they would respond to messages quickly and answer any questions we had.
Disliked: We stayed in the bottom floor flat and experienced some problems with the power. It would switch off on its own. We also experienced a power cut. The wifi wasn’t the best too, it was quite slow. The building didn’t seem to have any sound protection. During the night we could hear what was happening on the street and above us.
Amazing
Liked: The apartment is big and so clean you’d think it was a 5* hotel. Location is perfectly in the centre within a 2-5 minute walk of everything. Customer service is 10/10, helped us with parking, ZTL zones and any questions we had.

Disliked: Had to share an iron.. they should have an iron and board in every apartment
