  Nice Apartment, top location, and sweet staff

  Liked: 2 ACs, enough space, nice bed

  Disliked: Sometimes it can get quite loud in the night because the windows aren’t that good isolated.

  Liked: It was the perfect location for the purpose of our visit. Check-in went smoothly, the travel agency that hosts the accomodation was right across the street. We had luck and found free parking on one of the side streets.

  Disliked: ZTL zone - although Waze & Google say the accomodation is not located in ZTL zone, in order to get to the accomodation you have to cross ZTL zone and you can see ZTL signs on nearly every street corner, however the host assured us that only 2 streets in the town have active ZTL, so we are still crosssing our fingers we will not receive a fine.

  Liked: Right next to the city center everything was great. I parked in the blue zone, about 5 min walk.

Bed linen are included and are changed every 7 days. Towels are changed every 4 days.

The Residence is made up of two twin buildings on either side of Via Marconi.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
