Exceptional
Great location. Great host. Comfortable stay
Liked: The room was in a prime location. Easy access to the marina, restaurants and beach. Roberto was a wonderful host and even helped us coordinate a new ride to Trapani after ours cancelled on us. His restaurant across the street, Arché was delicious too! Great food and drinks!
Great location but didn’t live up to its potential
Liked: Great location, great view, lovely cafe across the street with very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious apartment. Easy check in and out.
Disliked: Its an old historic apartment building so while it is unfair to expect too much modern conveniences and I normally don’t expect too much, I want to list a few issues because I think they are fixable. First, poor unreliable internet because it relies on the cafe across the street. No coffee making facilities or supplies, no cutlery, not even a spoon. No glasses just a few plastic mini cups. The room info on booking didn’t promise a kitchen but then the hotplate sitting there on a mini kitchen cupboard with a single cooking pan and no other utensils or dishes was just weird. No tea towel or cleaning rag to help mop up at departure. No aircon in rear room which is down a long hallway so main aircon doesnt reach. The apartment has such potential but it was just bare of the little things and therefore uninviting for anything more than a 1-2 night stay.
Perfect location, magical balcony & amazing hosts!
Liked: This place was located in the most magical part of Castellmare del Golfo! The balcony in itself was a dream and the apartment was very spacious and clean. The hosts were amazing and helped us with everything on this trip. Without them we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our trip as much as we did as they helped with recommendations and taxis and answered within a minute. They checked in everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. This place was phenomenal and we are definitely coming back next summer!

Liked: The property was centrally, located close to all major restaurants, beach and excursions. The rooms are spacious uncomfortable. Roberto was very helpful with the check process and information about the surrounding amenities. Fausto, the father, was very helpful with booking reservation with restaurants, and sightseeing locations. It was very helpful with the parking situation
Disliked: The bathroom need a little bit of updating.
