Exceptional
Liked: We spent two wonderful weeks in this apartment and truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large terrace was a real highlight and a perfect place to relax. Ana was fantastic — very helpful, responsive, and always quick to provide us with any information we needed. She also helped us with parking, which we really appreciated. The apartment is very close to the town centre, and everything can easily be reached on foot. One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The town itself is also quite hilly, so it may not be the most convenient choice for people who have difficulty with stairs or walking uphill. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment.
Location was brilliant, apartment was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated
Disliked: It was darker than the pictures, water pressure in shower wasn’t very good
Not the best but not the worst
Liked: Close to the “center” of Castellammare and not far from the beach and the marina. Safe and secure flat and a decent place.
Disliked: The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, quite complicated to get a good sleep. Not the cleanest but overall decent.
Liked: Really lovely apartment and great location! Anna was very accommodating and responsive.
Disliked: It is near the Main Street so you can sometimes hear outside noise, but it wasn’t a deal breaker and would definitely stay here again!
A pleasant stay with a helpful host, but parking was a major downside
Liked: The apartment was simple but nice. We had a problem with the cleanliness at our arrival, but the host was really kind and helpful and offered us a good solution which gave us a positive experience after all.
Disliked: Parking is extremely difficult. The listing said that there was free street parking but in reality that is not the case in the season we went. In the summer all the streets are reserved for residents and there is camera surveillance to monitor this. There is one large street where you can park your car and pay, but there was almost never a space so it took us at least 30 minutes every time to find a parking spot.
Great stay
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was small but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was great, and we were lucky enough to find a parking space right out the front, which made things very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the small kitchen was perfect for preparing simple meals. We also appreciated that the apartment was on the ground floor, making it easy to access with our luggage. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d happily stay here again.
Disliked: Would be handy to have some oil for cooking
