  It is a very nice bill and we enjoyed our stay but a few things could be improved

  Liked: Very nice and comfortable Villa well furnished. Very good pool and lots of space with seating outside. Good shady parking. Hosts were helpful when we needed anything.

  Disliked: The downstairs bedroom did not have air conditioning and was rather hot. There was a stand fan but this was very noisy and a bit wearing. The kitchen taps were very difficult to operate and the handles slightly broken and one of us actually cut a finger on this. It would be better to say that the footpath down to Cala Bianca is very difficult and actually dangerous in places and we didn’t feel able to go down there which was very disappointing.

  Great location, excellent hosts and a great holiday even with some minor niggles

  Liked: Location was great. Pool excellent. House very clean. Hosts Giulio and Eliana very helpful in resolving a few minor issues that arose. Good local restaurants in Castellammare del Golfo. Wi-fi works very well.

  Disliked: For a house that sleeps 8 only having 4 mugs and 4 tumblers was not adequate. Broken furniture round the back of the house should be removed and tidied. The garden whilst pretty good needs some maintenance. A house manual would be helpful itemising where to find circuit breakers and garden light switches etc. The kitchen needs some attention as tap handles are broken. An electric kettle would be a useful addition. A larger tv would be useful in such a large living room! It feels like a little attention to this house make it a great property.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property
