Fabulous
Misleading description of aircon and bedrooms, broken furniture and repairs and clean up requied
Liked: Great location close to beach
Disliked: Not as described - limited aircon (description is misleading only in one bedroom and the livingroom), only one inside bathroom (description is misleading, the second bathroom is out by the pool. neither have aircon). Broken furniture and poor quality linens and towels. Overgrown patio and construction materials in garden. Pool deck splintered and in need of repair, with over a 1m drop with no barrier. Not enough furniture for 6 people - couch for 2, inside table for 4, only 3 loungers at pool. Feel completely overcharged at over £400 per night.
Return visit to this spacious villa located on the beach but safe walking distance from the old town and marina
Liked: As you will know, this is the second time we’ve booked this proper through yourselves, which speaks volumes. The space, the location and most importantly the brilliant pool.
Disliked: The mattresses are a touch firm, but that’s about it. I can’t recall if the facilities listed included a tv but dare say we wouldn’t have watched it if it had been there.

Liked: Great location very close to the beach. Great pool area and outdoor showers. Hostess responded fast and helpful when electricity went out.
Disliked: All beds were very uncomfortable for a whole week, but for a day or two okay.

It's the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the serene ambiance of this exceptional villa.

Great Villa with fantastic pool in loads of space
Liked: Photos didn’t do it justice. Loads of space for the family to spread out in coupled with a fantastic pool.
Disliked: Nothing really. No kettle was a bit of a downer, but coffee machine with free coffee more than made up, besides boiling a pan of water for a cuppa isn’t much of a hardship
Perfect villa with private pool close to beach and city
Liked: Perfect for our family of five with teenage daugthers. Nice garden with private pool, large terrass with places to eat outdoor. Only 2 min walk to sandy beach and 25 min walk into center of Castellammare del Golfo. Very friendly host who also gave us tips on restaurants and places to visit.
