  Better than expected

  Liked: The property, the location, the view, the staff- everything was absolutely great. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The shared living room with the fireplace was really pretty and calming. We really hope we come back soon! Definitely recommend. 10/10

  Disliked: There was a problem with the AC, we couldn’t turn the heating on but we didn’t ask for help. Also the room was quite small and they don’t have alot of storage space, so for longer days I’d recommend to talk with the manager first.

  Beautiful hide out

  Liked: Beautiful view of the mountain. The house we rented was large and well-kept. There was also an infinity pool and a BBQ camping area. A town is nearby for meals or grocery shopping.

  Cozy Tuscan villa with beautiful grounds, good wine, and good people

  Liked: Absolutely lovely place to stay. The apartment was charming and cozy and was one of the most memorable places I have stayed yet! The staff and vinyard manager were such a treat to be around and made our time there all the better.

  Quintessential Tuscan experience - breathtaking views, exceptional wine, genuine luxury and hospita

  Liked: If I could give Borgo Di Pietrafitta Relais 11 out of 10, I absolutely would! This was an extraordinary experience and unquestionably one of the highlights of our entire month travelling through Italy. The property itself is magnificent. Beautifully maintained, luxurious, wonderfully comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, with breathtaking views across the Tuscan countryside. The grounds and swimming pool were absolutely stunning, and the history and story of the estate added a wonderful depth and character to the experience. Breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic offering that made every morning something to look forward to. But what truly elevated our stay was the staff. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt incredibly well looked after throughout our three nights. As enthusiastic wine lovers, the estate's wine tour and tasting were particular highlights. The experience was already excellent, but Andrea, the winemaker, went above and beyond by treating us to an additional tour and tasting directly from the barrels. It was a fascinating, personal and genuinely memorable experience that gave us an even greater appreciation of the estate, its wines and the people behind them. The location near Castellina in Chianti was also perfect for exploring Tuscany, while the beauty and tranquillity of the estate made it equally tempting to spend the entire day simply enjoying the property. This is so much more than beautiful accommodation. It's a complete Tuscan experience, combining luxury, history, exceptional wine, breathtaking scenery and truly remarkable hospitality. We absolutely loved every moment and would return in a heartbeat. An exceptional property with exceptional people. A genuine 11/10 experience!

  Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! Everything from the accommodation and facilities to the food, wine, location and wonderful staff exceeded our expectations.

  Exceptional stay in beatiful place on a hill overlooking chianti region

  Liked: Fantastic location on the hill with the view overlooking Chianti region and far out to plains and mountains. Beautiful buildings, swimming pool and grill station with a view.

  Disliked: Shower in our apartment was very weak.

  Liked: Cozy place, clean house. The staff was very friendly. The view from the pool is amazing. There is an option for breakfast. There is winery in the place. So, you can taste wine and buy. There is a good restaurant 5 minutes walk from the facilities.

  Disliked: Unfortunately we stayed only 2 nights
