Exceptional
Short but very pleasant stay
Liked: Unfortunately, we only had one night at Art & Jazz Hotel, but it turned out to be a really nice experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. and reached the hotel easily by Uber. The fact that the reception is open 24 hours was a big plus – check-in was quick, friendly and completely stress-free. We loved the design of the room, especially the bedroom on the mezzanine with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was genuinely delicious. We really wish we had stayed longer – next time for sure!
Liked: Very close to the terminal bus and train station
Disliked: The breakfast is very poor
Nice quiet hotel in central Catania
Liked: The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous.. it is located very close to the central train station and to the bus lines that connect to the airport. Despite being next to a few car garages, it was very quiet with a lot of relaxing common use areas.
Disliked: The Internet in my room was very weak, constantly dropping connection and I had to go to common use areas to use it. The shower area was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, but that's typical in that region.
Friendly staff, quiet, basic breakfasts
Liked: Staff friendly, clean, fresh coffee for breakfast, quiet
Disliked: No view out of opaque windows, basic breakfast, safe very small and not secure
Liked: I really enjoyed my stay here and can whole heartedly recommend the hotel! Staff was incredibly kind and helpful!
Nice, clean & friendly hotel handily placed for transport facilities
Liked: Clean & reception staff were really friendly. Handy for the central train station as well.
Disliked: A little distant from the central attractions.
