  Liked: Clean, cozy, somewhat secluded from the main area, but still close to the Corso. Bonus: a good price for the Chaise longues on the beach.

  Disliked: The fridge doesn't work for the entire week.

  Great for a short stay in Cattolica

  Liked: Location was excellent, on a quiet street in the city centre. On arrival the receptionist was helpful when organising our check in and parking. Parking is located really nearby. The room was big and comfortable for three people. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and tidy but needs a little upkeep in some areas. The pool area was great. We had a good stay but there were a few minor things that would have made our stay even better.

  Disliked: The balcony glass was a little wobbly and seemed dangerous, we were not happy to let our child on the balcony. The shower went hot and cold very easily and wouldn't maintain a temperature. The toilet brush needed replacing. The staff we encountered in the hotel were cordial but not friendly. There was no spare pillow. The pool area was not regularly cleaned, trays of aperitivo were left around with food still on them.

  Liked: Great location, amazing spa and services. Roof top pool amazing.

  Disliked: The air conditioning was not in our control, only the reception. We had a room temperature of 28 degrees, brutally hot.

  Liked: The staff was polite and friendly throughout our stay. The rooftop pool on the 6th floor was a nice feature, with warm water that made it perfect for relaxing rather than swimming. It also had massage features similar to a jacuzzi. Additionally, there were two separate jacuzzi areas on the top floor with waterfall-style water jets, which were a great place to unwind.

  Disliked: The breakfast buffet was very limited, with only toast instead of regular bread, mostly sweet options, and almost no vegetables. The selection of cold cuts and cheese was also minimal. A major issue was the air conditioning—when we arrived, the room temperature was 29.8°C. The system only cools down to 24°C, which is not enough during hot weather, and it was difficult to control and sometimes turned off on its own. It also requires a second key card to keep it running when leaving the room. Cleanliness was not consistent, as we noticed a hole in the bedsheets, dust in the vents, and a pool area that looked worn and did not match the photos. The air conditioning system should be upgraded and easier to control, with the ability to cool the room more effectively. The breakfast buffet would benefit from more variety, especially vegetables and higher-quality products. More attention should also be given to maintenance and overall cleanliness.
