Liked: Very spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, crisp, clean linens and large heavyweight towels. Modern bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Quiet and surrounded by nature. We were independent in our comings and goings. Good position to visit Gradara and many small quaint towns. 40 minutes to Urbino.

Disliked: The posting said beautiful views but our windows looked out onto a pile of plastic fruit crates and pallets, as did the parking area as we drove up. It is a working farm but a little attention to where to store unneeded items would be beneficial. No breakfast included, we were told to go to a certain bar in town. Not exactly fitting the description of B&B.

We stayed to watch the san Marino MotoGP a few km away. Taxi was reliable ok value

Liked: The food was mostly produced on the farm and was excellent. pasta pillows with a sage sauce from the bush next to the table was wonderful. Wine from the vineyard was excellent too. Home made strawberry gelato was best ever. Breakfast on the terrace very good.

Disliked: Had to eat in a local restaurant on as Sunday as it was cook’s night off. Our fault, for not requesting food in advance. Not a criticism!

Liked: The room is clean. during our stay, the temperature outside dropped, but the room was very warm. I think the room also had a heated floor in the bathroom.
