  A great, clean Hotel in a beautiful area

  Liked: This is a great hotel in a beautiful spot. The room are clean, and the property is attentive of every detail about the property.

  Disliked: I did not like that my property was not in the main hotel building, but in a residence in front of the hotel. It was two floors without elevator, and I had heavy luggage. The property said that this was clear in the reservation. It was not clear to me. However, as noted above. the property had a lot going for itself, this was the only downside.

  Liked: Excellent hotel and a great stay overall. The only downside was at check-out, when we were almost charged for the hotel garage we hadn’t used. The receptionist didn’t believe us until we showed proof that we had paid for street parking that day. An unfortunate ending to an otherwise perfect stay.

  Liked: Second time I've stayed here, though these time the room was smaller than last time...hence price lower. Good location and value for money, clean and comfortable. Was able to leave luggage in foyer on departure day.

  Disliked: Lighting in room too dim. Also dim lighting around staircases up floors. Couldn't figure out a/c unit in conjunction with main control on wall. Left a bit chilly at times. Many guests had theirs on intermittently all night so noisy. Front door sticky to open and people slam it. Toilet paper horrible. City tax
