  A gorgeous week in a beautiful hotel

  Liked: A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location, we loved our sea view room. The pool area is fantastic and the staff are all lovely. Martina, on reception, was a great help with info for an afternoon trip to San Marino.

  Liked: Really liked our room it was spacious and clean. The pool area was lovely.

  Disliked: The shower pressure in our junior suite was so bad. The evening staff were awful, we stayed here after our wedding, the guy checking us in wouldn’t show us our room so it took us 20 minutes to find it. After this the electricity wasn’t working and he wouldn’t come and show us how to do it. It wasn’t a great start.

  Beautiful hotel, lovely pool area and great location

  Liked: Friendly staff, very clean, good location

  Disliked: The hotel next door is a family hotel and the music for the children’s disco runs from 8.30pm until 11pm and is soooo loud it’s as if you are actually there

  Liked: We had a room with a garden view, and think it was a great choice compared to the sea view. The sea side is quite noisy from neighbouring hotels and parties. The hotel definitely stood out among all the ‘neighbours’ providing an escape from the otherwise crowded area. The breakfast was really nice and we also had a lovely dinner at the property. the room quite large, but water pressure was quite poor. Given the smaller size of the place, pool was very clean and not too chlorine. Also, we were there at the end of the May and the place was still quiet as we like.

  Liked: Had a very relaxing holiday at this super luxury, boutique hotel. Stayed in a very nice superior courtyard view room which was spacious and quiet, with comfortable big bed and lovely shower. We had a very nice buffet breakfast each day, sitting overlooking the lovely pool, which had plenty of good quality sun beds surrounding it. Both dinners we had were excellent, one of which was the weekly special sushi menu. We received a fabulous personal service from everyone but especially Matteo, Giacomo and Chiara who all went above and beyond during the week we were there. Thank you- we will back!
