  Liked: Great views from the villa

  Disliked: Needed some love and attention around the pool areas outside looked a bit tired! The pool doesn’t look like the picture only one pool - room needs a kettle - found fridge at the end of the stay!

  Do not book here!!!

  Liked: We traveled as a group of friends with young children and booked three rooms. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. Upon arrival, all three rooms appeared inadequately cleaned. We found hair that clearly did not belong to us, dirty surfaces, and bathroom cups containing water residue from previous guests. We immediately asked for additional cleaning. Although staff acknowledged our complaints and even photographed the issues, the condition of the rooms did not meaningfully improve. The maintenance problems were equally concerning. One room had a loud, leaking air conditioner, another had a balcony door handle coming off, and in a third room an electrical outlet was loose in the wall. Sound insulation was practically nonexistent. We could hear conversations, phones vibrating, and everyday noises from neighboring rooms. The bathrooms felt severely outdated and lacked proper ventilation. Combined with the cleanliness issues, this made the overall accommodation experience very uncomfortable. The dining experience was another major disappointment. Cutlery was frequently not properly cleaned. The dinners were of such poor quality that after the very first evening we decided to leave the hotel and find restaurants in town to feed our family instead. Breakfast was equally frustrating. Apart from a questionable-looking greenish scrambled egg dish, there were virtually no hot options. Fresh vegetables were missing. A loaf of brown bread appeared to be left out for days; by the end of the week it had become so hard that guests were visibly struggling to cut it. Despite staff seeing this, no fresh replacement was provided. At around 8:30 a.m., pancakes had already run out, and even when requested, no new batch was prepared. The pool facilities were also disappointing. The children's pool was unusably cold, the main pool did not appear clean, and the jacuzzi water was brown and uninviting. What frustrated us most was the way management handled the situation. Throughout our stay we repeatedly asked reception to arrange a conversation with the owner regarding our complaints. Only on the day of departure were we finally able to speak with him. He claimed he had not been informed of our issues despite our repeated reports during the week. Initially, he refused any compensation. Only after a lengthy discussion and after we made it clear that we had thoroughly documented the problems was a compensation offer finally made. My advice to future guests is simple: if you encounter problems, document everything with photos and videos and insist that your concerns are formally recorded. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.
