  Liked: Location, modern design, access to appartment, presence of parking place

  Disliked: The need to sign a lease agreement, to which there was an appendix with complete list of all property located inside, up to the number of forks, spoons and knives, and etc, which had to be checked, since the contract stated that the absence or damage of something would be grounds for the application of penalties. I saw something like this for the first time, especially considering the experience of renting much more equipped apartments earlier. Absence of a second bedroom, since the description of apartments allegedly suggests it's presence. In reality it is a sofa installed in the area combined with dining room and separated with main bedroom by glass wall.. In addition, the requested set of bed linen for the second bedroom was not provided. Non-refund of the full amount of the security deposit, despite my numerous letters about this, the owner of the apartment noted in the swift transfer payment for the transfer to my account. Probably the owner of the apartment very proud of having such a pearl in their hands and, having to spent certain funds on its acquisition and decoration, they believe that the incredible luck was caught.

  Liked: Beautifully decorated and designed apartment, well equipped and super comfortable, close to the local market and not in a touristy area. We ate well in a couple of restaurants within walking distance

  Fantastic apartment with lots of facilities close to everything

  Liked: Beautifully appointed apartment with lots of space and very convenient for the town and area. The team were very helpful and even supplied a tea pot when we mentioned the cups were to small to make tea. Excellent service.
