Exceptional
We loved the stay for a week
Liked: - incredible location, first line on beach, 3 minutes walk to the center strip, next to restaurants, supermarket, laundry - great owners, very helpful and always with smile - great pool between beach and hotel - no need to pay for seats on the beach, you just walk to sea from the hotel - lovely breakfast even with eggs and hot dogs - rooms with ceiling fans (great if you dont want aircon always on) - little kitchen and big fridge not expected in hotel but very helpful, even with small dishwasher - new modern and refurbished - working wifi, good parking opportunities
Disliked: Minor notes but not that important for me: - only capsule coffee and no alcohol available in the hotel - noisy night street if you get the city side room, not much chance to sleep with open windows - no basic stuff in the kitchenette like dish washer capsules, dish soap, sponge, salt..
I strongly recommended this hotel
Liked: It’s a family run hotel, that’s why everything is perfect. We had a room on the third floor with amazing view on the ocean and beach. You could watch sunset from our balcony. I have expensive E-bike and Andreas was so kind to let me park in the garage and I could use electric outlet to charge it. The big plus is free of charge parking nearby, because it’s a hassle to park outside. In the lobby is cold water dispenser, free of charge for all the guests
Disliked: You have to prepare yourself for a little noise coming from outside but closing a shutter and balcony door will help, besides you are in the center of the Rimini not in Tuscany villa

Liked: Easy access to beach. Lovely hosts and helpful arrangements. Had great coffees with breakfast.
Disliked: Microwave had hair in it. We could have used a couple extra pillows and towels.
I liked the place, people
Liked: The location, view, and staff were excellent. It was a pleasure to wake up looking at the beach and sea coast.
Disliked: The sofa was not so cozy, all the other facilities were much better. The breakfast was very basic
Exceptional
Liked: This very lovely family run hotel. Breakfasts are delicious and there is plenty to chose from. The rooms are very well thought through, you have there everything you might need. The bathroom is newly renovated and lovely. The beach is just right outside your window, takes 2 seconds to get there. You get recommendations for places with great food.
