Exceptional
A beautifully clean, secure hotel with an amazing staff
Liked: Highly recommend! Clean, safe, and wonderful service Had a great experience here! The hotel is super easy to find, feels safe and secure, and is kept extremely clean. As a bonus, there is a fantastic pizza place right across the street on the same side, which was so convenient! What really made our trip, though, was the AMAZING staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions we had. On top of that, they seamlessly arranged a private car service for us directly from FCO airport, as well as a hassle-free shuttle straight to our cruise port. Their coordination made our travel days completely stress-free.
Disliked: The town center is a little over a mile and a half away. We enjoyed walking both ways on our first day there, but calling a taxi is always an easy alternative.
High Quality
Liked: The room was very clean the grounds was nicely manicured, and Lori was exceptional I highly recommend staying at this property, On the day of departure they were there to assist with our luggage., if you needed anything just ask it's done. I felt safe with the cameras and the gated entrance. We had an early check out we were greeted with pastries to go.Kudos!!!
Disliked: It was nothing with the stay just not enough eating places around.

Disliked: The location was not great. It was on a street where the cars wizzed by. There wasn’t a safe place to walk. Only a few restaurants nearby.
Liked: The customer service was perfect. They were very helpful. Carrying our suitcases up and down the stairs. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Clean and relaxing
