Exceptional
Liked: Breakfast was very good with a cappuccino machine and homemade goodies. Also boiled eggs and yogurt.
Disliked: Wish there had been an elevator to the rooms on the second floor. But we made do!😊

Liked: All the things I want when I travel I found here. Location: everything was about 6 minutes away. Safety: I felt very safe staying here. Comfort: The setting was very comfortable, the bed, there was an air conditioner, or a window for fresh air. Lovely breakfast with the best baked goods. The price was perfect. Simone was a great host and the other staff was friendly and helpful.

What a great place to stay Would highly recommend!!!!
Liked: It was convenient to restaurants and port. Easy to Get to from train station. Very responsive and helpful to text messages asking for advice or help.
Disliked: Wish they had a muffin or 2 for breakfast can’t drink milk
Would stay there again, but disappointed with the hospitality, cleanliness, and overall guest treatm
Liked: This would’ve been an outstanding experience if it wasn’t for the black mold in the bathroom and also stains all over the curtains and something that was splattered on the wall was told by the young lady in the office that I should’ve called immediately you’re going into your room after traveling for 20 hours. You just wanna sleep. I did notifythe staff them following morning, and the owner did never contact me nor spoke to me Felt slight it on that matter Coffee was excellent. The rest of the breakfast needs vast improvement, toast cereal you’re in the middle of Italy you could have done better. Maybe some fresh local pastries It looks like hospitality was missing I understand you’re running a guesthouse, but it’s important to have a presence of ownership there and accountability
Disliked: Breakfast once again, coffee was excellent young lady was very gracious, but the rest just went downhill orange juice was a powder mixed with water cakes were stale

A lovely stay before our cruise
Liked: I don’t remember asking for a quiet room but it was very quiet. The room was perfect for my sister and I and I liked it because it was on the ground floor and we didn’t want to lug our suitcases up the stairs. Probably the best part was the friendly, attentive and oh so helpful staff, Valentina and Simone could not have been more lovely. I felt like family.
Disliked: Honestly it was hard to think of what could be better but maybe a little more about what would be on the breakfast buffet. It is always good to set expectations. We really loved the warm hard boiled eggs and also the amazing cappuccino! We were able to really enjoy it.
