  Well located but small and dark

  Liked: Close walk to Cortina d’Ampezzo. Allowed dogs.

  Disliked: An objective list for other guests to consider: - The bed is a pull-down bed (not mentioned in listing) - The place is quite small and dark with very little natural light - It’s a basement unit studio - The light for the bathroom mirror was broken so it was very difficult for my girlfriend to put on makeup. - There was no full length mirror - There is no AC or fan (even when requested during a heat wave). Nights are luckily cooler but expect to have the window open with no bug screen (had a mosquito in the room) - The wifi was very slow and almost unusable

  Liked: More affordable than some other properties in the area. Within walking distance of the town center. Free parking. Pet friendly.

  Disliked: Room was difficult to ventilate as the window was at ground level and a building cat frequently tried to enter.

  Small, good location

  Liked: Recently renovated, good location, prompt check in instructions

  Disliked: Misleading listing, it’s a lower ground floor studio with a retractable bed not an apartment - it’s ok but for the same price you can get a decent hotel in cortina with more space

  Liked: Staff is always in communication. Information is complete. Bathroom is good. Near to town.

  Disliked: Kitchen is basic: no microwage, basic elements as oil, salt, etc...

  Small, efficient, silent, tucked away room, with perfect but folding bed, near the city center

  Liked: All accessories needed were available. Very (!!) good bed. Silence and mountain side view from window. Located close to the city center (500m). Excellent starting point for medium level hiking tours.

  Disliked: Never met the host, all communication through WhatsApp. Bed is folded up in the wall (not mentioned on booking.com): so it’s either folding it up every morning or losing part of the apartment space. The apartment is tucked away in the cellar and has no exit to the garden nor a balcony.
