  Liked: The location is perfect! Amazing view of the mountains and just a short walk from the city center. Great breakfast and nice staff.

  The lady on reception was so lovely she made us feel welcome, the view was spectacular

  Liked: First day we arrived at 9am and everything was very low, no bacon left, they did cook us some but by that time they were closing and everything was being cleared away,

  Disliked: The staff were not very friendly, apart from the lady on reception she was so lovely. The gentleman on reception was not very friendly. The evening meal on the first nice was appalling, the main meal was cold when served and we told them and they just shrugged. After the dessert no one came out to clear the okates. I think they were embarrassed by the food served. There were 3 couples eating and everyone agreed it was very poor. We ate out the second night and would not recommend the food at the hotel at all

  Perfect stay in Cortina

  Liked: Beautiful property! But it was the service from the receptionist that really makes me remember this place.. she was helpful, polite and great at making us feel welcome!
