A deeply disappointing stay with unacceptable customer service, unprofessional staff, and an experience that did not jus
Liked: Nothing stood out as a positive experience.
Disliked: Extremely poor customer service. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed little respect or concern for guests. The service was unacceptable and management clearly needs to improve staff performance.
An Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommended
Liked: Our stay at Eight Cortina was absolutely wonderful! Every member of staff was exceptional – incredibly kind, caring, courteous and professional, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. Both breakfast and dinner were beautifully presented and elegantly served. The hotel itself is stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully maintained and full of charm. A truly memorable experience with outstanding hospitality. We would wholeheartedly recommend Eight Cortina and would certainly love to return!

Liked: The hotel felt very calm and the staff, particularly Caterina at reception was so welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely and the room amenities were great. Location is fantastic!

I enjoyed the restaurant employees. The incorrect check out procedure was a sour end to the stay
Liked: Compared to other hotels with cheaper daily rates, the breakfast was lacking. There was also a delay in cleaning tables so some mornings it was difficult to find an empty table. One morning there were dirty glasses on what appeared to be an available table. However, the female breakfast employee was lovely!
Disliked: Minimal healthy breakfast options. Wine by the glass price was extremely high. The welcome card states check out time is 12 noon. Apparently check out time is actually 11:00 and I received a call asking if “I was ok” and that check out time is actually 11:00. When I pointed out the welcome card states check out time is 12 noon, the reception employee’s response was “I’m just an employee.”
