Exceptional
Wonderful 5 nights. Plan to return!
Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Concierge most helpful with directions to mountain trails. We arrived without a car park reservation at one of our must-see mountains. He had recently checked on-line and said 2 spots remaining for cars with caravan (campers). Just sign up with caravan. Brilliant! We would never have known or thought of this.

Absolutely Perfect!
Liked: Everything was perfect! From the moment you drive up to the moment you depart, the staff was extremely attentive and kind. Restaurant was amazing as well!
Disliked: Only complaint is that we wished the breakfast started earlier. A lot of people like to get an early start to hike...it would be helpful if the breakfast could start even at 7am versus 7:30.
Liked: Great hotel with excellent facilities and beautiful views of the Dolomites
