Liked: The Len is perfectly located and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. There is also a wonderful spa on top floor with incredible views.
Liked: Everything was very good but the staff were outstanding - helpful, kind, thoughtful and efficient!

Disliked: -8:00pm was 25 degrees in our room (no aircon). You can not really sleep with open window because of noise street (you feel like slipping on highway) - no safe, coffee machine or kettle in room - very limited breakfast à la carte (no fruits or vegetable)
