  Liked: Liked the property when I got the right room which took a few hours to sort out so not a great welcome. The staff- Marco was excellent. The cleaners lovely. It’s the manager/ owner that’s the problem

  Disliked: The manager gives his staff no power to sort out problems. They have to call him and he doesn’t answer his phone. Then when they do get him he won’t speak with the client me but just relays his message to staff. It took me a few hours to get the room I had paid for, they tried to give me a cheaper room. Once I got the room it was excellent but what a hassle and rude manager

  Gorgeous hotel, great location and lovely helpful staff

  Liked: Beautiful hotel and traditionally decorated, gorgeous views from the balconies over the town and mountains. Great breakfast! The hotel will even pack you a to go breakfast if you have to leave before the service for breakfast starts. Also helpful if you have a car and need to park. Easy walk into the Main Street.
