Good
Although good location, unit very disappointing
Liked: Location was good. Short walk across river, up stairs and right in middle of town. Quiet as not on main road.
Disliked: Very narrow spiral stairs to bedroom. Not good for unfit people, or big luggage. No window to open, so stuffy, hope no emergency. Low ceiling. Very small kitchen. No cutting board, soup ladle and mismatched cutlery/dishes. Leopard skin sofa throw not matching decor.
Reasonable stay, Paola, the host was available on phone but in person check in will be more helpful. Wiifi could be more
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The wooden staircase inside the apartment is very narrow and is very unsafe to go to the bedroom on the second floor. I am 5’6”, 128 lbs and could barely squeeze through.

Liked: Location was great; the small kitchen enabled self catering; great view from balcony; allowed early check in; replied to questions quickly
Disliked: TV not working. Couldn’t watch Tour d’ France. Hadn’t been working for some time. It should have been replaced before our visit as we were there for a week. Very narrow steep stairs up to bedroom
Liked: Location was very good - very walkable to the pedestrian portion of Cortina with a large, free, public car park just outside.
Disliked: This apartment is someone's house so many/most cupboards had locks and signs saying they are off limits. The features are very dated, but functional. The bedroom is up a very tight spiral staircase, has no windows (a small skylight), and a very low ceiling making it dark and very cramped. If you're tall beware of hitting your head. No contact from the host as to how to gain access prior to which was very stressful and required me to have to make phone calls which I was trying to avoid.
Convenient small apartment with parking a short walk from town
Liked: This very quiet, small apartment is located just over the bridge from the town center. Parking is convenient and the building has an elevator. The small kitchenette is well appointed with an induction range, sink, dishwasher and microwave. A medium sized refrigerator is in the living area. The shower has good water pressure and the narrow balcony offers a place for some fresh air. Check in and out was simple.
Disliked: The circular stairs to the bedroom are extremely steep and tight, so we left our luggage in the living room. There is no air conditioning nor windows on the second floor, which was fine for our weather but could be hot in warmer temperatures.
Liked: Nice place, not in the city center but really close (5 min walk). The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Disliked: The only thing to bear in mind is that the washing machine is not in the apartment but in the separate laundry room and you have to pay additional 2 EUR to use it.
