  Very comfortable, clean rooms with helpful and courteous staff - we'd love to come back!

  Liked: The location was ideal for our trip, we were able to walk around town to restaurants, grocery, and hike to the start of the TMB (the reason we traveled). We loved that we could store our luggage while we hiked, as we were returning to the hotel for another night's stay at the end of our hike. The staff were so kind and helpful, they allowed us to store our bags so we could explore when we arrived earlier than our check in time (this was above and beyond and we were very appreciative that they did this for us!)

  Disliked: I wish that there had been more information about the 'spa'. It was pretty minimal -- a steam room, a 4 person sauna and small gym area -- but fit our needs perfectly. Others who might have expected more could be disappointed thought. But this could also be a cultural difference as well between the states and europe.

  Great location, exceptional staff, excellent food, spa a bonus!

  Liked: Few minute walk from bus stations, beautiful views, staff exceptional, and helpful, small rooms, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinners were fantastic..

  Lovely hotel with very helpful staff

  Liked: We loved the location and the lovely mountain view balconies

  Disliked: The people in the room between my friend and I smoked on their balcony a lot - both in the morning and the evenings which lowered our enjoyment. We had to ask them to stop smoking both evenings so we could leave our doors open for fresh air to sleep.

  Good family stay close to everything

  Liked: Our room was pretty big & fit the four of us well (our boys are 15 and 20). It was quiet and had a nice balcony.

  Great stay, great food, will come back!

  Liked: Great stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Laundry service was a plus after days on the trail, at a reasonable price. The restaurant is awesome -- breakfast was great, and the dinners were amazing. The wait staff recommended some great local wine with the freshly prepared dishes with local products. Stay here!
