  Comfy and well-located stay for TMB travellers

  Liked: Great location for TMB, right on the route, but also a short walk from the center with cafes, shops, restaurants. Simonetta is an amazing host: kind, responsive, helpful with recommendations, solving problems quickly. Beds are comfy, all essentials and toiletries are there. The kitchen is well equipped, even tea, some snacks, condiments were available. The apartment was squeaky clean. The parking is close with abundant parking spots.

  Disliked: Windows face the nearby houses so it was a little dark. We spend days outdoors though so we didn’t care for views.

  Wonderful!

  Liked: Such a cute apartment and was perfect for the 4 of us plus a baby. Great location! Not too far from the center. Very clean and came with shower amenities which was very nice. Host was very nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

  A peaceful, clean, very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location for accessing all Courmayeur has to

  Liked: This cosy and clean apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable four night stay. It’s right on the TMB, the shuttle bus runs right past, it has a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine, and it’s only 10 minutes walk from the village centre, which made it the perfect base after hiking days. It was so peaceful and quiet. Simonetta was a friendly and responsive host.

  Working friends meetig in family Athmosphere

  Liked: Keybox easy to find. I rented two appartments in that house, so I was happy that the appartments were very close to each other. Wifi was easy to get.

  Disliked: Info about the place and how to get there, how to find the keybox came a little late. As I was there for work I would have loved to be prepared earlier. Just incase something would have be wrong I could have come up with plan B. - Carpark near to the place cost 20 € extra a night which I had no Info before. As soon as we set a food on the grass in front of the house we got the owners word that it was forbidden to walk on the grass.
