  Best week of my life

  Great rooms great views, excellent stay overall

  Liked: I love the spacious rooms and the breakfast had a lot of good options. The pool and the spa were really appreciated.

  Disliked: It is a little far from downtown Courmayeur but there is a free bus. At breakfast the table placement was complicated sometimes. Some table were reserved and part of the restaurant was not open but it was not indicated. They would make me move table while eating which I did not appreciate.

  Disliked: The smokers were right out under our balcony. It was too hot in the room to leave the door closed but terrible smoke came in when we opened it. We talked to the staff but nothing was done to solve the problem.

  Disliked: I did not like the fact that one of the members of staff threw racist abuse at another guest!!! I found this absolutely appalling!! Plus there were Ants in our room!

  Stay in Courmayeur

  Liked: The location was fantastic! Just a 5 min walk to the skyway and an easy drive to LA Thuile for the MTB. The views are spectacular and you.misy take a.walk across the road through all the narrow cobblestone roads as the sun is going down and the lights are coming on. Beautiful!

  Disliked: The room was fine for 2 people, but not big enough for 4 as advertised. It was only equipped for 2, 2 coffee cups, 2.water, not enough toilet paper etc. I asked for milk which they said they couldn't do. I had to ask for more toilet paper and our room wasn't serviced at all on Saturday, until I asked on Sunday. The food was good... if you got there as the restaurant opened before the big groups finished everything! You have to book a slot to go to the pool??? A first for me!
