Fabulous
Not a B&B, typical short term rental room
Liked: Very clean place, good location.
Disliked: This is not a B&B. It's a room in a city apartment diverted for short term rentals. There is no staff at the location and the keys were a bit of a hassle. Several phone calls required because the electronic key did not work (doesn't seem to be an exception, I noted the same complaint later also in other reviews). The host asks you to communicate not via booking.com but via Whatsapp, which I don't use. Then he asks you to send email with your passport, which is 100% insecure. If I had searched a short term rental room this would have been fine. But I didn't and I consider this deceptive marketing, social greenwashing.

Perfect for a Short Stay, Excellent Value
Liked: For me this was perfect for my one night stay. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff were helpful accommodating me after a train delay.
Disliked: The noise situation is better than many hotels and BnBs in Italy but the room is adjacent to the common area with a rather thin door. I had no issues personally when I was there but I can imagine for longer stays at busier times common area noise in the morning could be an issue for some.
