Exceptional
Unreliable and unacceptable experience, avoid at all costs
Liked: The only positive aspect was that we were able to get a refund after the situation.
Disliked: We were refused entry by the host upon arrival, despite having a confirmed booking. Our family, including elderly parents with limited mobility, was literally left outside at night with nowhere to stay. This experience was shocking and extremely distressing. The host acted irresponsibly and without any concern for our safety. Thankfully, we managed to find another place in time and didn’t have to spend the night on the street. But we strongly warn others: do not rely on this property unless you want to risk being left stranded with your family.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good. All in packets,no fresh bread nor croissants.
Liked: The place was very clean, and the hosts were wonderful. The apartment had everything you could need; the host really thought of every detail. And Cuneo is nearby—a great Italian town.

Liked: Is a perfect place, big and clean room, really friendly people and good price. For sure a nice place to be. I really recomand
Clean, spacious and safe
Liked: Easy access to the property with signs placed by the road, safe private parking behind the electric gates. Very clean and quite spacious twin room with kettle, microwave, sandwicher and fridge. Breakfast included, all prepacked already placed in the room. Shared bathroom - very large with shower. Access to the garden. It's a part of the house with a separate entrance, rooms are located on the first floor. Perfect communication with the host.
