Exceptional
Close to city centre & ferry
Liked: Convenient to restaurants & ferry service. Staff were very helpful & efficient with answers to our questions in English.
Disliked: Nothing
Luxury and comfort with service and impeccable food
Liked: Location and stylish. Clean and luxurious with beautiful comfortable bed and great pillows. View was fabulous and breakfast outstanding with great service. Had dinner twice and was brilliant value. Staff were amazing.
Disliked: Steps to front door were challenging with luggage. Disappointed that communication regarding booking of dinner was not well explained and missed birthday dinner as a bus arrived and booked out restaurant. Having said that did get birthday treats left in fridge.
Wonderful location and service
Liked: Great service from the staff and fine location overlooking the lake and close to the ferry services. We had a lovely room with a lake-view balcony which was cleaned and refreshed daily. The food in the restaurant was good particularly for the evening meal where we could have lived off the salad bar alone!
Disliked: If you want the best then you have to pay for it.
An absolute gem in beautiful Garda
Liked: We loved this fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean with views to die for. We will be back
Disliked: Very little to be negative about but on a personal level the steps to the entrance took a bit of effort in the July heat

Liked: Great standard of accommodation and very clean. Breakfast and evening meal was everything we required. Staff were friendly and approachable Great location within easy walking distance from the town
Fabulous hotel overlooking Lake Garda
Liked: Fabulous location - short walk to restaurants but not too close to be too noisy. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely pool, sun beds popular when we were there in September but always found some for our group of four. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: We found our restaurant dinner disappointing. Portions were small and not very hot, staff seemed keen to clear salad and dessert bar before we finished, even though the restaurant was due to stay open for at least another 30 minutes.
