  Liked: Lovely large apartment Very clean Nice and helpful staff Short walk down into Bardolino Excellent pool facilities Good and reasonably priced food

  Disliked: Having to leave a €150 deposit incase we didn't clean the kitchen and empty the bins.. this was checked too. I'm guessing they have had bad experiences with previous guests not leaving apartments in good order.

  Amazing!

  Liked: We were so impressed by everything! It was our first time staying in Lake Garda and this was the perfect base for us. From the start of our booking, the staff were very friendly and responsive to our messages and questions. They helped us to book a transfer from the hotel which went very smoothly and made things much simpler travelling with children. We stayed in a suite, which was stunning, perfectly clean and with very cool air con which was very appreciated! The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was comfy too, lots of space for the four of us, and a well equipped kitchen (although we didn't cook much we mostly enjoyed the restaurant food!) The food, breakfast and service from all of the staff was excellent. The view from the restaurant was beautiful, and the local wines available were the perfect combination. The service we received at every opportunity was faultless, everywhere we went our family was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. The waiters were great with our kids and made them feel so welcome. The pool was definitely the highlight for our kids, the shallower side separated off safely, and a deeper side, which was perfect for us. Plenty of pool chairs and we never felt cramped. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We would absolutely recommend it to everyone and would love to visit again.

  Nice hotel with pool and parking near town center

  Liked: Our second time here: great location, free parking, large pool, big one bedroom apartments

  Disliked: No separate section for adults at the pool, so all the telling and smashing kids are on top of you in both pool and deck with loungers

Good to know

The Suites and Apartments are located in a separate area from the main building, surrounded by the greenery of our private park.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.

Cleaning is done only at the end of the stay for the apartments, while for the rooms it is daily.

Air conditioning is available from approx. Mid-June to Mid-September at Management's discretion.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10€ per pet per day applies.

Please note that the SPA zone including relaxation area with waterbeds, Mediterranean bath, Turkish bath, sauna, experience showers and detox herbal tea area will be at a charge for from mid-May to mid-September, but will be included in the rate at other times. Reservation is recommended to ensure access.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
