Exceptional
Excellent customer service & lovely location
Liked: Very clean, great location. Beautiful view of the piazza.
Amazing Stay
Liked: Shara was exceptional, very helpful in all ways, with restaurants, organising our wine tour, taxis etc. It was also on the square which was great. The breakfast was awesome and freshly baked croissants. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful stay.
Disliked: There was no kettle in the room but Shara did organize one for us the next day which was incredible service.
Absolutely amazing Location and staff!
Liked: It’s not possible for there to be a better location if you want to be right in the center of the Chianti Wine festival! You literally open your door and go right into the wine festival. If it’s not the wine festival, it’s still right in the center of the Piazza that has amazing restaurants literally right beneath you is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life where I met so many locals that invited me to sit with them and the breakfast and dinner restaurants in the Piazza are absolutely amazing. The service is fantastic and all the people are lovely! They also gave us a tour and a tasting of their winery and it was so much fun and it was so good and it was right down the street I will definitely stay at this place again!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It was perfect!
A wonderful location with fabulous terrace overlooking the most lovely square
Liked: The location and terrace are exceptional - really wonderful. And the staff were very good and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but the bread was not fresh despite ordering the night before. A simple buffet selection fresh breads salamis cheese etc would be a lot better.
Liked: Clean, modern, convenient accommodation. Breakfast was nice. Friendly staff.
Wonderful staff. Great location. Clean facility
Liked: Large room. Great staff, very helpful
