Exceptional
The location was good and the room was very clean
Liked: Location and cleanness
Disliked: That we can not drop and pick up luggage near the place
Very disappointing moved out after 1 night
Liked: The location
Disliked: Noisy renovation works going on in the next room. Messy lift and entrance disruption to room due to builders. Aircon not operating correctly, could not get room temperature below 26c. On booking it looks like there is a lovely roof terrace, but it is just an area overlooking a side street, not as relaxing and sociable as we thought it would be. Breakfast was at a cafe over the square, with very limited choice. We were in Lecce for a very special occasion but this wasn’t going to be special enough. We paid in full for 2 rooms for a week on arrival, but after 1 night moved to a nearby hotel. We also did not use vouchers for 18 breakfasts (3 x 6). We would request a credit based on our fully paid booking for 2 rooms and unused breakfast vouchers.
Liked: The property was great, cleaned everyday and in a very good location. The room size was perfect!
