  Adequate

Liked: Staff was friendly and the location was great

Disliked: The modern decor was cold and uninviting. Especially in the rooms. It felt a little bit like being in a prison with all of the gray tile.

Our stay at the ARRYVO hotel was excellent. We will stay again there and recommend it to others

Liked: Francesca at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It felt very safe. The room was small but comfortable. Our room had an adorable little balcony that I sat in the morning taking in the sun. The breakfast menu was very good. The pastries and coffee were delicious. The hotel had a very comfortable lobby to hang out and perfect to start your evening with an aperitivo or afternoon coffee or tea after a day exploring the city.

Disliked: Not a deal breaker, but you could hear some noise from the hallway as people walked by our room.

Well l9cated hotel that aims to please

Liked: Lovely friendly staff. The room had everything and was very but there was no clutter. Comfotrable bed, everywhere was clean. Easy storage for clothes. The hotel gave us a really tasty filling breakfast. It has a back door close to the old town. They really tried to think of everything à traveller could need. There was a washing machine and dryer for guests and communal spaces to relax.

Disliked: Nothing really. Hotel was quiet at night. All was good.
