Very good
Great stay
Liked: Very well furnished and decorated property, in a nice and clean building. Huge shower and comfortable bed
Disliked: Nothing
Disliked: The bathroom felt a bit tired and the breakfast ordering wasn’t very clear, was told to fill out a form for the morning but there wasn’t any forms I had to message for it and was sent a pdf with no instructions, was in quite a strange location too about 20 minutes from the centre
Liked: We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Lecce. What truly made this experience special, though, was Elisabetta. She was incredibly kind, caring, and always available to help us with anything we needed. During our stay I had an eye infection, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, offering help and checking in on me. She also gave us fantastic local recommendations and was always quick to answer our questions. Her genuine kindness and hospitality made us feel so welcome. Thank you, Elisabetta, for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
Liked: Good location and communication.
Disliked: The room was very during this current heatwave. They did provide a fan on request.
The AC was broken and the room was very hot and smelly
