Would definitely return to Lecce and stay at this B&B
Liked: This was the perfect location for exploring Lecce as it is right in the centre of the old town. Note, cars cannot drop you off directly at the B&B door, it is a short level walk to the closest square or gate to the city, with car access.
Disliked: The breakfast is provided bu Cafe Astoria - you are given a voucher for each breakfast you have booked for. The voucher is only valid for one coffee and one savory or sweet item, such as a piece of cake or croissant, etc or for savory; a brad roll filled with ham and cheese, etc. Some may not find this substantial enough but we found it OK to kick start the day. It's am pity that the staff at the Astoria Cafe are not terribly friendly.
Best location and rooms in Lecce
Liked: Great location, super attentive and nice staff (Filippo), beautiful and comfortable rooms. We stayed in el Duomo room (upgrade) right on the roof terrace. It was beautiful and very quiet.

Liked: Excellent property regarding location, facilities, view,… One particular thing I would like to mention is that the owner is an excellent guy! He is enthusiastic, kind, and friendly!!!

Liked: Hotel is located right in the centre, staff is quite helpful, spacious room.
Disliked: I understand that it is historical building, there is no elevator. But the guy at the reception helped with suitcases. Cleaner ladies helped to lift the bags down with special elevator)
I only stayed one night but the property and helpful staff instantly helped me relax! I arrived exhausted and stressed
Liked: I liked the roof terrace views and didn’t expect to have a small private area to myself with a hammock so that was a bonus! The room was very comfortable and peaceful which is just what I needed on this trip. AC was great too.
Disliked: The stairs with heavy suitcase on arrival! To be fair the property manager offered to take it up for me but I managed myself - you pack it you carry it - so only myself to blame!
