Exceptional
Stay in Lecce in early October
Liked: We stayed in Corte Barocca for few nights in October, during our time in Salento. The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The accommodation is very central, and the host offered support with the pre-booking of a parking slot 5-10min away. We would like to highlight the continuous attention and kindness of the host, Sandra. Despite breakfast was not included, she provided coffee, juice and some sweet treats from Lecce.
Disliked: The only downside is the accesibility to the room, if you carry plenty of luggage. It’s a second floor and there is no elevator, however, the stairs are sufficiently wide.
Liked: Loved my stay here room was great, location perfect, roof top terrace added bonus. Host super kind kept luggage post check out- always in touch
Disliked: Be aware no lift but thats historic centre stays
My sweet oasis
Liked: Solo Traveller - The room was spacious, comfortable, and excellent location!! Upon arrival there is a basket of Italian treats in the room. A mini refrigerator, espresso machine with pods, sugar, cups... everything you need to start your morning. The room also has a mini fridge which is very convenient. The surprise is the rooftop terrace. I loved to start my mornings in this pretty oasis overlooking the pretty town of Lecce and Sandra is a gracious hostess. She would leave me surprise treats in addition to the welcome basket..I enjoyed my stay very much and was sad to leave.

Great price/value option in Lecce
Liked: Sandra the host was very kind and attentive, the location is perfect, near everything but still very quiet, the room is bigger than what it seems, there is a coffe machine and some appetizers and drinks. Overall a great place to stay, would recommend

Liked: Sandra was an amazing hostess, the best we experienced in Puglia. She helped us find parking and drove us to the apartment. She gave us a map and tips on what to see and orient us. We loved the location, so close to the old city, and we loved the rooftop terrace.
Disliked: The breakfast was simple, nothing to rave about, but sufficient
