Good place near the center and most of all it’s clean

Disliked: Breakfast buffet, i think it needs to improve a bit the choices for the people who stays longer

Warning: Unprofessional Management and Threats
Liked: My wife and I booked a 4-night stay in mid-July. Upon arrival, the front desk service was unhelpful and unwelcoming. The room and location did not meet expectations, so we decided to leave. Although our policy allowed cancellation prior to check-in, we fairly agreed to pay for the first night, and the Front Office Manager, Antonio Leuzzi, promised to speak with management regarding a refund for the remaining three nights. However, after my wife posted a review detailing our experience, Antonio emailed her with threats of legal action for defamation. Rather than resolving a genuine customer service issue, management chose intimidation. Both hotel management and Best Western have shown a complete disregard for customer service. Travelers, please be extremely cautious when dealing with this property, and hotel brand.
Okay
Liked: We had a triple room for an overnight stay. It is approximately 5k out of Lecce. There is lovely restaurant and reasonably priced about a 150m walk on a main road. It’s the only one!! The hotel has only pastries and very basic food. The staff were excellent though very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room at least needs updating and considering the weather and the available space, a pool and washing machine facilities would be drawcards for more people.
