Exceptional
Fantastic property!
Liked: Excellent location- right on the doorstep of the amphitheater. There is a little street noise in the evening, but that is to be expected with such a central location. It was perfectly quiet overnight. The property was extremely clean and tidy. I could not fault the cleanliness at all, it was superb! The staff were so friendly and helpful. A special word of thanks to Franzi who helped me get to Lecce from the airport the quickest way possible & was so kind. He even recognised me when I was out and about during the day and stopped to ask how my holiday was going! His friendliness and hospitality won’t be forgotten! I loved my stay here and would gladly return to this property.

Liked: Great Location and Franzi was very welcoming and gave us good information.
Disliked: All was good. A couple of light bulbs in the tall lamps needed to be changed.
Centre of town with exceptional service
Liked: In the centre of town with valet parking provided by Franzi was exceptional.
Disliked: Pillows could need updating.
Liked: The breakfast was excellent: we could choose what we wanted. The apartment was spacious (compared to a room). Check-in and check-out were well managed. There were kitchen facilities in the sitting room, though we didn't use them. the location of the property was excellent: directly on the main Piazza (de Sant'Oronzo).
Disliked: The only minor issue I could mention was that the cardboard artwork on the bed head space could have been higher up on the wall, as it made it difficult to watch TV (from the bed) without risking flattening the cardboard pyramids.
