Good
Liked: It was a very good location in the charming historic district. Quiet and nice.
Disliked: It was a bit pitty there was no one on-site to talk to, everything was handled digitally. But we recieved god help over the phone and Whatsapp.
Ridiculous
Disliked: Dirty, roach traps all over. No freshen up or cleaning service while we were there. No place to store our clothes or even open our suitcases. The wardrobe is actually a wall. Nothing thicker like a duvet or blanket in the room. Bathroom window doesn't close. We only had freezing cold water for our entire stay. We send many messages to the "reception" and every day they acted like they are going to call a technician, ofcourse no one came. And when we asked for partial refund they just ghosted us 😂 Ridiculous in general especially for their prices.
Beautiful accommodation in the centre of Lecce
Liked: The room was gorgeous and comfortable, no street noise whatsoever. The staff were easy to communicate with over whatsapp. Best location in Lecce town!
Liked: Excellent place in the historical center of Lecce. Old original furniture and artifacts made that we felt like in eighteen century
Great location, over priced, poorly staffed and operated
Liked: location, is excellent.
Disliked: There is just a general, lack maintenance, some of electrical work, borders on a safety concern and also lack of items in for a person stay 7 days. Think these apartments get a flogging in high season, and owners are at a distance. With cheap, poorly trained staff running properties. Have interest in return clientele. Just sting them once!
Liked: The location was amazing!! Couldn't ask for a better spot
